Our clients are small and medium-sized businesses that belong to international groups of companies and have a need for accounting and building business processes taking into account the legislation of the Russian Federation and the requirements of a foreign parent company.
Our activities are primarily aimed at subsidiaries where:
– mainly Russian staff is employed;
– there are problems with mutual understanding with the foreign parent company;
– for which an important selection criterion is "Western quality" with the use of German and/or English at reasonable prices.

Early closing of the reporting period
We speak English and German not only in correspondence and written consultations – we confidently speak to clients in a foreign language by phone or in person.
At the request of the client, when conducting accounting, we provide the opportunity to close the reporting period early and prepare management reports for 3-5 business days after the end of the reporting period (fast close).
For example, when providing services on preparation of IFRS financial statements, we will draw your attention to possible tax risks for intra-group services and loans at no extra charge or we will advise a top manager – a highly qualified specialist - on migration issues or taxation of his/her income outside the Russian Federation.
We will not clog your mailbox with newsletters, but we will promptly notify you only about changes in legislation concerning your business. If the economic situation worsens, we will offer a flexible price system.
We are well aware of the mentality of foreign colleagues and know their expectations – we help customers meet these expectations, while complying with Russian legislation.
We do not offer "far-fetched" services and do not increase the cost of the project "retroactively".
